(More customer reviews)I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a "refurbished" trimmer, but at the low price and lots of 5-star reviews, I gave it a shot. I figured Shaver Outlet would send it to me in 7-10 days. It arrived in three. Unfortunately, it wouldn't hold a charge. I emailed Shaver Outlet, telling them that I wanted to return it for a good one. They emailed me right back, apologizing, saying there was no need to return the bad trimmer, and informing me that they were mailing me another one. It arrived in three days, too, and it works perfectly. Great product; easy to use the first time. And I got the good one in less overall time than I had expected for the original one anyway. A 5-star Shaver Outlet performance for sure!
